At NGA’s final Board of Directors meeting of the year, held earlier this month, we marked a transition in board leadership as we look ahead to the new year.

Hans Bell, President of UGI, concluded his term as Chair of NGA’s Board of Directors. We extend our sincere thanks to Hans for his leadership, dedication, and service to the association during his tenure.

With the start of the new year, Caroline Hon, Vice President of New England Regulation and Pricing at National Grid, assumes the role of Chair of NGA’s Board. Caroline most recently served as Vice Chair and brings valuable experience and insight to the position. Michael D. Colpoys, President of National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation, has been elected Vice Chair.

NGA thanks Caroline and Michael for their willingness to step into these leadership roles and looks forward to working with them as they guide the association in the year ahead.
