Events

NGA Kicks Off Fall Leadership Development Program at Bryant University

On September 17th and 18th, NGA kicked off the Fall Session of Our Leadership Development 1 program. Nearly 30 participants are enrolled in the Fall Session, representing NGA member companies including Avangrid, Bond Building, Eversource, Massachusetts Materials Technologies LLC, National Grid, New Jersey Natural Gas Company, Norwich Public Utilities, Rochester Gas & Electric, and Westfield Gas and Electric Light Department.

The month-long program is conducted in coordination with Byant University’s Executive Education & Career Accelerator Program. Kick off and Capstone sessions take place at Bryant’s campus in Smithfield, Rhode Island, with a series of virtual classes throughout the month. During the program, students hear from Bryant University lecturers, as well as a series of industry professionals and experts, covering a range of leadership topics and industry trends.
