Leadership Development I – For New and Aspiring Managers

Our flagship program returns in 2025, continuing our collaboration with Bryant University to help new and emerging leaders develop a strong foundation in management and leadership.

Program Dates:

  • April 29–30: In-person opening session at Bryant University
  • May 13-14/21-22: Virtual sessions
  • June 3–4: In-person closing session at Bryant University

New this year, NGA is expanding its partnership with Bryant University to offer a program focused on building strong, authentic executive presence.
