Iroquois President Scott E. Rupff to Keynote NGA Spring Operations Conference

The Spring Operations Conference returns April 21 and 22, 2026 in Saratoga Springs, NY.

NGA is thrilled to announce Scott Rupff will be Keynote Speaker at NGA's Spring Operations Conference, joining the General Session on April 21st and continuing NGA's Fireside Chat series.

Scott began his role as President of the Iroquois Pipeline Operating Company (IPOC) in January 2025. With over 38 years of experience in the natural gas industry, Scott previously held the position of VP, Marketing, Development & Commercial Operations at IPOC and was responsible for the Company's overall Marketing/Sales, Rates, Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Commercial Operations/Gas Control initiatives.

Prior to joining Iroquois in 1994, Scott was employed by The Long Island Lighting Company where he held various positions within the gas supply organization. Scott is a graduate of Bucknell University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering.

Scott serves as a board member of the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA), the Northeast Gas Association (NGA), and the Society of Gas Lighting (SOGL), and is a member of the National Petroleum Council (NPC).
