Two weeks away!! NEPSR Seminar Brings Pipeline Safety Leaders Together in Portland This October

October 14-15, 2026 - DoubleTree by Hilton, Portland, Maine

The 2026 New England Pipeline Safety Seminar (NEPSR) will bring together pipeline safety regulators, utility professionals, first responders, and industry leaders for two days of education, collaboration, and knowledge sharing focused on advancing pipeline safety across New England. Attendees will gain insights into regulatory developments, industry best practices, emergency response coordination, system risk management, and lessons learned from real-world case studies.

This year's program features a strong lineup of federal and state regulators, utility representatives, and safety professionals focused on today's most pressing pipeline safety issues. Opening remarks will be delivered by Phil L. Bartlett II, Chair of the Maine Public Utilities Commission, followed by a keynote address from Paul J. Roberti, Administrator of PHMSA. Attendees will also receive a comprehensive PHMSA policy and rulemaking update covering the latest regulatory initiatives and safety priorities
