Are you a new or aspiring manager looking to elevate your leadership skills and expand your professional network? Northeast Gas Association’s Leadership Development I program, developed in partnership with Bryant University, is now open for registration for Fall 2025 — and it’s designed with you in mind.

This dynamic and interactive program is ideal for those who are:

  • Transitioning into a supervisory or management role

  • Early in their leadership journey and eager to build foundational skills

  • Newer to the natural gas industry and looking to understand its regulatory environment while connecting with peers across the region

Fall 2025 Schedule – Leadership Development I

Location: Bryant University, Smithfield, RI + Virtual Sessions

  • Thursday, Sept. 18 | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (In-Person @ Bryant University)

  • Friday, Sept. 19 | 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM (In-Person)

  • Thursday & Friday, Oct. 2–3 | 1:00 – 2:30 PM (Virtual Sessions)

  • Thursday & Friday, Oct. 9–10 | 1:00 – 2:30 PM (Virtual Sessions)
