NGA's Highly Acclaimed Programs with Bryant and Rutgers University Return This September
NGA is pleased to announce the return of its Leadership Development Programs, offered in partnership with Bryant University and Rutgers University, beginning this September.
These highly regarded programs are designed to support leadership growth at multiple stages of a professional’s career and continue to be a valuable resource for NGA members and their teams.
Leadership I, in partnership with Bryant University, is ideal for new and aspiring managers. The program focuses on building foundational leadership and management skills, preparing participants to effectively lead teams and take the next step in their careers.
Leadership II, offered in partnership with Rutgers University, is designed for mid- to upper-level managers looking to sharpen and refine their leadership capabilities as they take on broader responsibilities within their organizations.
