On July 11, NGA convened its Customer Service Executive Committee for its inaugural meeting. Committee members met virtually.
During the meeting, Committee members discussed what steps the committee can take to support our industry’s efforts to improve customer experience. Among the topics discussed included metrics used by customer service teams, rate case and regulatory issues, and best practices.
