On January 15, PGW hosted their annual Energy Innovation Symposium at Temple University. The Symposium featured a series of panels focused on Philadelphia’s clean energy future. Panels addressed the complexities of achieving net zero by 2050, different models for funding the clean energy transition, and highlighted lessons learned from successful decarbonization case studies.

During the Lunch & Networking Break, participants were able to visit with undergraduate and graduate students from the Philadelphia area, who presented on innovative energy research projects. PGW also hosted a display of Hydrogen vehicles, including a Hydrogen Fuel Cell SEPTA Bus. Metal Light, a PGW and a Temple SBDC energy business incubator participant also presented their start-up’s developing clean-technology (learn more).
