Registration Open for Leadership I – For New and Aspiring Managers

We’re thrilled to announce that NGA’s highly in-demand Leadership I Program – For New and Aspiring Managers is back for 2025.

Continuing our partnership with Bryant University, this program equips new and aspiring managers with the tools and skills they need to lead confidently. Classes kick off with in-person sessions on April 29 and 30 at Bryant’s beautiful campus in Smithfield, Rhode Island. Virtual sessions will follow in May, with a closing in-person session on June 3 and 4, also at Bryant University.

NGA Launches Leadership Development – Executive Presence

We’re excited to expand our partnership with Bryant University by launching a brand-new program: Leadership Development – Executive Presence.

This program is designed for existing managers and directors who want to refine their leadership style, develop greater self-awareness, and amplify their impact. Participants will explore how to embrace their unique leadership voice while strengthening their ability to influence and inspire.

Key program dates:

  • May 19 and 20: Opening in-person sessions at Bryant University
  • May 28 and 29: Virtual sessions
  • June 5 and 6: Final in-person sessions at Bryant University
