NGA applauds the graduates of the 2024 Fall Leadership I and Leadership II cohorts.
At NGA, we believe in fostering the next generation of leaders in the gas industry. This fall, we proudly celebrated the completion of two leadership programs designed to empower professionals at various stages of their careers.
On October 16th, the Fall 2024 Leadership I: New and Aspiring Managers program concluded at Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island. Over 30 participants engaged in this hybrid-format program, attending both online sessions and in-person classes on Bryant’s campus in Smithfield, Rhode Island. Participants had the unique opportunity to learn from Bryant University faculty as well as experienced leaders from the gas industry across the Northeast.".
On November 7th, the Leadership II: Mid- to Upper-Level Managers program concluded its seven-month journey at Rutgers University. Over a dozen participants engaged in the hybrid-format program, with classes held virtually and on Rutgers’ campus. Guided by Rutgers Business School faculty and local gas industry leaders, participants also completed a comprehensive Capstone Project, showcasing their growth and skills.
