NGA Partners with GTI Energy and Launches the PSMS Learning Series

True learning involves understanding concepts deeply and being able to connect them to other knowledge, as well as being able to use that knowledge to solve problems, make decisions and avoid unintended consequences.

NGA has partnered with GTI Energy in the development of the PSMS Learning Series which incorporates 16 microlearning modules covering all aspects of PSMS adoption. The modules incorporate PSMS core principles and elements to provide the participant with a True Learning experience transforming strategic thinking to practical, tactical approaches to integrating PSMS into day-to-day operations. The Modules are offered to PSMS Collaborative Participants through the NGA PSMS Resource Center at NGAPSMS.com.

To ensure complete learning management system (LMS) flexibility for users, those participating in the NGA ITS Learning Management System Platform can plan, assign, and track participation similar to tracking other OQ Training assignments while those that use alternate systems can simply utilize the GTI Energy LMS to track training for participating individuals. Upon completion of all courses, participants will receive a certificate of completion from NGA and GTI Energy. GTI awards 4 PHDs (professional development hours) or .4 CEUs (continuing education units) when we can verify the courses were successfully completed. Click here for a complete program description.

If your organization is interested in participating in the program, and you’re not a PSMS Collaborative Member, please contact Mike Gallinaro at mgallinaro@northeastgas.org.
