Strong leadership isn't just about making decisions behind closed doors — it’s also about showing up with confidence when it matters most.
Whether it’s testifying before a PUC commission, participating in a community meeting, or speaking directly to customers, today’s energy leaders are increasingly in the public eye. How leaders carry themselves in these moments can have a lasting impact — not only on how they are perceived personally, but on how their companies are viewed as well.
That’s why we’re excited to announce the launch of our new Executive Presence program, developed in partnership with Bryant University as part of the expansion of NGA’s Leadership Development Program.
Starting next month, this program is designed specifically for leaders who are already managing teams or taking on public-facing roles. It focuses on helping participants strengthen their communication skills, build greater confidence, and project authority and competence under pressure.
If you or someone on your team regularly finds themselves testifying, presenting, or representing the company in public forums, this is an outstanding opportunity to invest in those skills.
The Executive Presence program starts next month, and limited slots are still available
